Grace of Monaco’s Grandson Andrea Casiraghi Ready for Wedding

Back on July 5th, 2013, Princess Caroline of Monaco announced the engagement of her son Andrea Casiraghi to his longtime girlfriend Tatiana Santo Domingo, a half-Brazilian, half-Colombian heiress.

Prince Andrea is 27 years old and the grandson of the late Prince Rainier and  Grace Kelly, the late Princess Grace of Monaco. He’s currently second in line  for the throne of Monaco.

He briefly studied at McGill University in Canada, before completing his  bachelors at the American University in Paris. He received a Master’s degree in  International Affairs from the New School in New York as well.

The Prince is fluent in English, Italian, French, and German and is  passionate about football, horse riding, and water sports.

Tatiana is the daughter of wealthy Columbian businessman Julio Mario Santo Domingo, Jr., and granddaughter of Colombian industrial billionaire Julio Mario Santo Domingo, Sr. — whose fortune is estimated at more than $6 billion.

The last grand wedding in the principality was that of Albert II, Sovereign Prince of Monaco, who wed Charlene Wittstock in a lavish two-day ceremony in July 2011.

Andrea Casiraghi will wed Tatiana Santo Domingo this August 31, 2013 in a more private setting –  in the Palace of Monaco.
